FAQs

1.Do you offer gift wrapping or gift sets?

Yes. Each order arrives in luxury gift packaging with tissue, ribbon, and a signature touch. We also have curated Gift Sets perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions.

2.Why is Pashmina so expensive?

Authentic Pashmina is rare and labor-intensive to produce. It comes from the undercoat of the Changthangi goat, found in the high Himalayas of Nepal. Each scarf is hand-spun and handwoven by skilled artisans. The luxurious feel, rarity of raw material, and traditional craftsmanship justify its premium price.

3.What is the difference between Pashmina and Cashmere?

Pashmina is a finer, softer subset of cashmere, sourced specifically from the undercoat of Himalayan mountain goats. While all Pashmina is cashmere, not all cashmere is Pashmina. Pashmina fibers are thinner, making them lighter and more delicate—ideal for luxury scarves.

4.How do you know if a Pashmina is pure?

Pure Pashmina feels exceptionally soft, warm, and lightweight. A real test: rub it gently, it should warm quickly and feel buttery smooth. Check the weave, handwoven Pashmina has slight irregularities. At our brand, we certify every piece with origin and authenticity.

5.Which country has the best Pashmina?

Nepal produces the world’s finest Pashmina. The wool comes from Himalayan goats living above 4,000 meters, where they grow an ultra-soft undercoat to survive extreme cold. We use this rare, high-altitude fiber to craft our luxury scarves—authentic, warm, and ethically sourced.

6.What does 100% Pashmina mean?

It means the product contains no blends—just pure Pashmina wool. No silk, no viscose, no synthetics. Our scarves are 100% certified Pashmina from the Himalayan goats of Nepal.

7.Is Pashmina cruelty-free?

Yes, ethical Pashmina (like ours) is cruelty-free. The wool is collected during the natural molting season when goats shed their undercoat. No animals are harmed during this process.
